Emails are using up my account disk space.
Configure Outlook to delete emails from the server.
- On the Tools menu, click Email Accounts…
- Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, click Next.
- Select your email account, click Change...
- Click More Settings...
- Click the Advanced tab.
To delete messages from the server after downloading:
Under Delivery, uncheck the option Leave a copy of messages on server.
To keep copies of the messages on the server for a number of days:
- Check the option Leave a copy of messages on server.
- Check the option Remove from server after 00 days.
- Enter the number of days you wish to keep the copies.
