Email FAQ

I can receive emails, but I can't send.

First, change the outgoing server:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Email Accounts.
  2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, click Next.
  3. Select your email account, click Change...
  4. Click More Settings...
  5. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
  6. Check the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  7. Select Use same setting as my incoming mail server.

Second, change the outgoing port number:

  1. Click the Advanced tab.
  2. In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) field, put 26 instead of 25.
