Email FAQ
I can receive emails, but I can't send.
First, change the outgoing server:
- On the Tools menu, click Email Accounts.
- Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, click Next.
- Select your email account, click Change...
- Click More Settings...
- Click the Outgoing Server tab.
- Check the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Select Use same setting as my incoming mail server.
Second, change the outgoing port number:
- Click the Advanced tab.
- In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) field, put 26 instead of 25.
